基于力敏传感器的牛奶掺水量的检测研究

摘    要:利用基于力敏传感器的液体表面张力系数测定仪测定了不同掺水量的牛奶样品的表面张力系数.通过对纯水的重复性试验,利用该方法测得纯水表面张力系数的标准误差和相对标准误差分别是0.09 mN/m和0.2%,证实了该方法的稳定性和可靠性.掺水量在0%~50%的牛奶样品,其表面张力系数a随掺水量c呈线性变化,线性回归方程为α=49.928 57+0.118 86c,其相关系数R2=0.984 14.

Abstract:The surface tension coefficient of the milk with the added water is measured by the surface tension coefficient detector for the liquid based on the force sensor.The standard deviation and relative standard deviation on the pure water are 0.09 mN/m and 0.2%by means of the reproducibility test respectively,which indicates that this method is stable and reliable.When the added water content changed from 0%to 50%,the surface tension coefficient of the milk increases linearly.The linear regression equationα=49.928 57+0.118 86c is obtained,the correlation coefficient is 0.984 14.
