| 摘 要： | 随着我国改革开放的深入和正式加入世界贸易组织，国际交流活动愈来愈广泛。正确对待国际交流，提高涉外管理干部队伍的素质，提高国际交流工作的效益，对促进我国高校与国际接轨，提高学科建设水平，提高知名度具有非常重要的作用。
