2-乙酰基-3,3-二甲基二环[2,2,1]-5-庚烯内外向式构型异构体的波谱鉴定

摘    要:用红外吸收光谱及核磁共振波谱对2-乙酰基-3,3-二甲基二环[2,2,1]-5-庚烯内外向式结构型异构体进行波谱研究。计算了这两种异构体的相对含量。以核磁共振波谱积分值求算结果作定量分析标准,从红外光谱两种异构体上选择了880cm~(-1)和830cm~(-1)为定量谱带,用最小二乘法及归一化法处理数据,用计算机计算两种异构体的相对含量,结果表明红外法与核磁法相对误差小于5%。

Abstract:Spectral investigation of endo-exo configurational isomers of 2-acetyl-3,3-dimethyl-bicyclo [2, 2,1] hept-5-ene is carried out by infrared and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry.The relative content of endo-exo isomers are obtained from calculations.The integral curve of proton NMR is used as standard for quantitative analysis.The characteristic bands of endo-exo isomers which appeared in the infrared spectrum at 880 cm~(-1) and 830 cm~(-1) are selected for quantitative analysis and the peak at 910 cm~(-1) is selected as internal reference.The procedures used for data treatment are the least square and normalization methods.Computer is used to calculate the relative content of endo-exo isomers.Experimental results showed that the error between IR and NMR is less than 5%.
