| Abstract: | Mediating Labor disputes at primary - level can maximumly help to mediate the labor disputes between tile parties concemed and eliminate social unsteady factors. To consolidate the mechanism of mediating labor disputes before arbitration is urgently needed in the construction of harmonious socialist society and can economize positively social resources. |
