摘    要:本实验表明可用液上气相色谱法定量测定米酒中的痕量挥发份。其平均相对标准偏差<4%。 测定方法快速、灵敏、重复性好。

Abstract:A method is described for the quantitative determination of the concentra- tion of volatile components in Fujian rice wine. A Simple semiautometic samp- ling device has been developed for charging headspace gas samples directly intoe the gas chromatograph, thus dispensing with the need for injection syringes. The optimun conditions of operation has been studied. It is shown that the headspac gas chromatography can be used for quantitative determination of trace amounts of volatile compounds in rice wine. An average R. S. D. <4% is reached. The reproducibility and sensitivity of this quick method are good.
