| 摘 要： | 采用LotusNotes/Domino群件平台是办公自动化系统发展到新阶段的特征之一，汕头大学在这方面的开发为提高本校的办公效率准备了基础。当前，办公自动化系统的开发也要从知识管理的角度考虑，在网上营造一个不断培训员工的环境。

| Abstract: | One of the characteristics of new stage of the office automation is to use the groupware platform of Lotus Notes/Domino. Shantou University has prepared for the foundation of improving the work efficiency in office. Nowdays, knowledge management must be taken into account in the development of office automation and environment of training personnel on the intranet. |
