| Abstract: | English speech is a discourse delivered at an assembly or on formal occasions.As a variety of the English language, English speech has a unique presentation of its own.This paper, as its title indicates, is to analyze and probe the linguistic and rhetorical features of famous English speeches with a view to improving the ability to appreciate English speeches on the part of Chinese learners of English. |
