摘    要:本研究的目的是揭示赤霉酸(GA_3)调节大叶黄杨茎段叶柄脱落的机理.实验发现 GA_3处理增强了碘乙酸和丙二酸对脱落和呼吸的抑制,降低了 Na_3PO_4对脱落的促进,同时 G-6-P 脱氢酶活性下降.这说明 GA_3增加了 EMP-TCA 途径的运行比例,而降低了 HMP 途径的运行比例,故而促进脱落.因此,通过影响离区组织的呼吸代谢进而加速脱落,可能是 GA_3加速器官脱落的作用方式之一.

Abstract:The experiment is designed to study the action mechanism of GA_3 in regula- ting abscission of petiole of Euonymus japonica Thumb.stem segment.From pre- sent results it is found that GA_3 increases the inhibition of iodoacetie acid and malonic acid to abscission and respiration,reduces the promotion of Na_3PO_4 to abscission,and lowers the activity of G6PD.These evidences suggest that GA_3 increases the operating proportion of EMP-TCA route,but reduces the propor- tion of HMP pathway.It seems reasonable to conclude that promotion abscission by regulating respiration route of abscission zone might be one of the action mode of GA_3 in inducing the abscission.
