摘    要:混凝土作为最大宗人造材料引发了可持续发展问题的讨论。混凝土材料对自然资源的占用,大量建筑废弃物的产生,以及密实混凝土材料给环境带来的负面影响日益显现。为了综合解决这一系列问题,首先揭示了再生骨料的物理力学特性,并在国内、外研究的基础上,改良透水试验装置,提出了具体测定方法;然后通过对再生骨料透水性混凝土配合比的探索,论证了基于空隙率计算的设计方法的科学性,提出配合比参数的变化范围;重点研究骨灰比、砂率和水灰比的变化对混凝土强度和透水系数的影响程度,寻求能使混凝土强度和透水性能达到最佳平衡点的合理配合比,以推动建筑垃圾再生骨料透水性混凝土在工程实践中的应用。

Abstract:The concrete is used as the biggest artificial material,which has caused a hot discussion for sustainable development. It becomes more and more obvious that concrete takes over nature resources, producing construction waste and the dense concrete material brings out negative influence to the environment. In order to solve a series of problems synthetically, the characteristics of the physical mechanics of recycled aggregate are revealed. On the basis of the domestic and international researches, the water-permeable experiment equipment is improved and the specific method is put forward to test water-permeable concrete coefficient. Scientific law of the design method is demonstrated and the scope of the mixing ratio is brought forward. The extent of the concrete strength and water-permeable coefficient are studied, which is influenced by the water-cement ratio, sand rate and the aggregate-cement ratio. The reasonable mixing ratio is found when the concrete strength and the water-permeable coefficient attain the equilibrium point. These research results will extremely enrich the cognition to recycled aggregate and water-permeable concrete and push the use of the water-permeable concrete with recycled aggregate in the engineering practice.
