对渝西学院田径队现状的分析

对渝西学院田径运动队在省市大赛上取得的成绩进行了总结与分析，指出我院独特的自然环境、教师无私奉献的敬业精神和学生吃苦耐劳的坚毅品质是田径代表队致胜的法宝。田径队虽然服得了较好成绩，但仍存在运动水平不高、生源质量较差、资金投入不足等具体问题，提出了加强科研投入、改善教学训练条件、优化招生环境等建议。

Current situation of the Track and Field Team of Western Chongqing University

The analyses of our team,s achievements from the provincial and municipal contests show that,our magic weapons for victory are the special natural environment,the teachers,unselfish contributions and the students, fine quality of bearing hardships.Our team has obtained the achievements,but there are still some problems such as lower atheletic levels,the students, poor foundations and lack of funds.Then we suggest increasing the research funds,improving the teaching and training and enrolling new students conditions.
