| 摘 要： | 首先导出了超平面拟合最小二乘问题的正规方程组，然后说明了该正规方程组有解，且其解使拟合函数取最小值，最后给出了求正规方程组的解的算法合数值例子。

| Abstract: | The normal equations on fitting the minimal least square problem on hypherplane are derived. It is obtained that these equations hare solutions, which make the fitting function reach the minimel value. At last the algorithm and a numerical example solving the normal equations are gived in this paper. |
