| 摘 要： | 用ASPEN PLUS模拟软件对乙酸乙酯－乙醇－水恒沸物萃取馏进行了模拟计算，通过考察塔板数、进料位置、溶剂量、回流比、塔顶出料等参数对萃取精馏的影响，得到了最佳工艺操作条件，为工业应用提供了基础研究。

| Abstract: | azeotrope;Extractive distillation;SimulationSeparation process of ethyl-acetate ethanol water with extractive distillation method was simulated by computer soft Aspen Plus. the influences of stage number, feed stage, solvent quantities, reflux ratio, top product on the extractive distillation were simulated and discussed. The obtained results is very important and usefull to industry application. |
