AFLP分子标记技术及其应用研究进展

摘    要:AFLP是新近发展起来的一种DNA指纹技术,该方法重复性好、特异性高、能反映生物基因组的细微变化,在生物遗传多样性研究、品系分析、高密度遗传图谱的构建、微生物分型与鉴定、生态位变化、抗性育种、动物近交系选 育、疾病诊断等方面应用广泛。本简述了AFLP分子标记的基本大批量、方法与特点以及在动植物、微生物、生态群落等方面研究中的应用和发展前景。

AFLP Molecule's Marking Technique and Its Advances, in Application Study

Abstract:AFLP is a newly - developed DNA Fingerprinting technique which has the characteristics of good replication and specificity and shows the minute changes of biological genomes. It is widely applied in such fields as the study of biological genetic diversity, strains analysis, the establishment of hi - density heredity mapping, typing and identification of microorganism, the changes of ecological niche, resistance breeding, selective breeding of animals, inbred line, the diagnosis of illness etc. This article briefly states the fundamentals, methods and characteristics of AFLP molecule marking, as well as its prospect and application in the study of animal, plants, microorganisms and ecological community and so on
