发动机曲轴应力影响因素的有限元分析

摘    要:采用有限单元法研究了内燃机整体曲轴应力状态 ;讨论了气缸不同发火状态下曲轴内部应力的大小 ;分析了各缸载荷、主轴承安装误差、连杆轴承载荷的分布形式对曲轴应力的影响 ;探讨了目前曲轴应力有限元计算中所广泛采用的单拐力学模型的可靠性 ;并给出了建立曲轴有限元模型的正确方法。

Abstract:In this paper,by means of FEM,the displacement and stress state of the crankshaft of a internal combustion engine were analysed,and the stress values of the crankshaft in different cylinder firing state were discussed,the influence of several factors,including every cylinder load,the installing error of the main bearing and the load distribution on the connecting rod journal, upon the stresses of the crankshaft was analysed.The reliability of the present crankshaft stress analysis method,and the correct method of computing the crankshaft stresses were discussed too.
