工程项目建设实施策划的理论与实践

工程项目的建设实施策划是在项目立项以后,对项目建设的全部工作内容及工作开展方式与方法所作的总体规划,是指导项目实施的依据。随着建筑业对建设水平及建设集成化管理要求的不断提高,项目实施策划的作用也日益突出。但在现阶段,实施策划的理论尚不成熟,方法也仅掌握在少数行业专家手中。这种现象既不利于项目的建设,也不利于我国工程管理水平的提高。文中论述了实施策划的概念、内涵及其内容,并结合工作经验,介绍了实施策划在城市道路改造项目中的应用。

Theory and practice of implementation planning in construction project

Implementation planning is a compendium of all work and all quomodos in a construction project after project confirmed.It is a guidance of project implementation and now it is more and more important along with the demand for higher construction level and more integrated management.But the theory of implementation planning is not mature enough,and the method is dominated by the experienced "dinosaurs" in the industry.This status is neither benefit to project fulfillment,nor to improve the management level of construction industry.The article introduced the concept,theory and content of implementation planning,and illustrated the application according to the implementation planning practice of a city road rebuild project.The results show that implementation planning has a crucial role to play in delivering construction projects.
