摘    要:本设计采用LabVIEW编程软件,开发了一套汽车平顺性试验系统。根据实验室现有设备,利用三轴式加速度传感器,采集汽车行驶时的加速度信号,通过数据采集卡将所获的模拟信号输入电脑。使用图形化虚拟编程软件LabVIEW进行编程,对所采集的信号数据进行处理,根据计算出的相应的平顺性评价指标和相关的评价标准,对汽车的行驶平顺性的好坏进行评价。通过试验系统的硬件设计、软件开发和试验验证,实现了汽车平顺性的测试功能,并可对悬架系统设计等方面作进一步研究。

Abstract:This design is focused on the development of automobile ride comfort test system,which is coded with LabVIEW.Firstly the three-axis acceleration values of the given position on the running vehicle that represent ride comfort are collected with a three-axis acceleration sensor.Then,the analog acceleration signal is input into computer through data acquisition system.In order to calculate the ride comfort evaluation index, LabVIEW which is a graphical virtual programming software is used to code the program.Finally,the system is evaluated by experiments.The ride comfort is assessed according to the relevant national standard.It is shown from the results that the developed test system can be used to evaluate automobile ride comfort and give more information to farther research, such as suspension system design.
