| 摘 要： | 在西部大开发战略已实施5年多的历史背景下,重新审视了民族地区的生态环境问题.分析了生态环境问题的成因,提出了民族地区生态环境建设应遵循的基本原则以及实施对策.

| Abstract: | The strategy of West China Development has been put in practice for more than five years.In this paper,the eco-environmental problems were reassessed and their causes of formation were also analyzed.Then the rules for eco-environmental construction in ethnic area and the construction countermeqsures were put forward. |
