聚氧乙烯烷基胺抑制混凝土碳化作用机理的研究

摘    要:讨论了聚氧乙烯(或聚氧丙烯)烷基胺抑制混凝土碳化的作用机理。认为该类化合物可以聚集CO2,并在有水存在的条件下生成有机胺盐,抑制CaCO3的生成,延缓了混凝土的中和速度,防止混凝土恶化,延长了钢筋混凝土的寿命。

Abstract:Polyoxylethyene (or polyoxypropyrene) ackylamine substunces acts as depressantin carbonating reaction of concrete. The mechanism of depression is discussed. It showed that thesekinds of compounds can accumulate carbon dioxide, and produce orgsnic amino salts in thepresence of water with lower level of calcium carbonate production. It can defer the concreteneutralization speed,avoid the concrete interpolymerization effectively so as to prolong the life ofsteel concrete much more.
