管理信息系统（MIS）的分离压缩图像技术

在数据库系统中，由于ＦｏｘＢａｓｅ＋及其后继软件ＦｏｘＰｒｏ的功能强大与可操作性等突出优点，在ＭＩＳ系统中得到了最广泛的应用。但由于西文和汉字处理之间不兼容性，致使其自身在汉字操作系统下，不具备显示矢量汉字，图形和图像的能力。

THE SEPARATING AND GRAPHIC COMPRESSION TECHNIQUE FOR MANAGEMENT AND INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS)

In database system, FoxBase+ and it,s subsequent software FoxPro are applied most extensively in MIS because of their conspicuous virtues in strong function and operataility. But due to the incompatibility between English charater and Chinese graphic character, FoxBasot and FoxPro are incapable of displaying vector Chinese charater in Chinese character operating system, so they can not obtain the perfect visual effects and reach the present interface level of commercial software at home and abroad.This paper adopts a kind of Programming idea which is called seperating plus graPhic compression technique. The techllique provides users with a MIS with better visual effects and perfect intethee which is independent of chinese character system vecter librmp (thus the expenses of disks are reduced considerably ), and Which is provided with a improved display speed (by using external program to read graphic compression file and thus to replace ) .With this techllique, the software system developed in database system may reach the level of prevalent conunercaial softwar at present.
