摘    要:在实验室条件下研究了冷拔与水淬火工艺对予应力钢丝力学性能的影响。研究表明碳素钢予应力钢丝采用水淬火取代铅浴进行索氏体化处理是可行的。确定了能使使钢丝力学性能达到现行标准规定要求的冷拔与水淬火工艺。

Abstract:Effects of cold drawing and water quench process on mechanical properties of prestressed wires have been studied in laboratory. It shows that sorbitized treat using water quench replacing lead quench is possible for Carbon steels prestressed wires. The cold drawing and water quench process which enable the mechanical properties of wires reaching specified demand of present standards are determined.
