摘    要:运用计算机图像纹理分析的原理,对混凝土外观质量采取半定量的评价方法,以Delphi 7.0自行开发设计了混凝土外观质量测评系统.该系统通过获取规范的混凝土外观图像,可以自动将图像信息转换为数据信息,并提供二值化与平均灰度偏差2种方法进行测评,将混凝土外观质量的表面缺陷数据化、系统化并客观地呈现出来.该系统界面友好,操作简单,能准确应用于实际工程的混凝土外观质量的监督与控制.

Abstract:According to the principle of computer image texture analysis, a semiquantitativ e evaluation system is adopted to evaluate the concrete appearance quality, and a testing and evaluation system is made with the help of Delphi 7.0. Through obtaining normal images of concrete appearance, this system can transfor m image information to digital information automatically. The testing and evalua ting offer two kinds of methods: binary conversion and average gray difference, which can digitize and systemize the surficial blemishes of concrete appearance and then have them exhibited objectively. This system can be applied convenient ly and accurately to the control and survey on concrete appearance quality in practical projects.
