摘    要:我国百年高师教育趋于办学体制改革与综合化转型,其主要模式为并入式与自身转型式。高师院校在改制与转型过程中,要以内涵建设为主,以办学定位、学科专业结构调整、人才培养模式改革为切入点,保持与创新教师教育的特色优势。

Abstract:Chinese higher teacher education shows a new development in its structural reform and comprehensive transformation. It highlights itself in the incorporated model and selftransformational model. In the course of the structural reform and institutional transformation, with the content-based construction at the core, school orientation, discipline and program adjustment, and training patterns should be emphasized as the starting point by means of enhancing its unique strengths.
