摘    要:刀具布置是盾构刀盘设计中的重要组成部分,直接影响到掘进的切削效果、出土状况和掘进速度。针对不同地质条件下,为满足盾构地质适应性,实现高效破岩。采用盾构刀具破岩机理实验台,对工程样岩开展不同刀间距破岩实验,分析破损岩渣质量,探究不同地质条件下的最佳破岩刀间距。并与经验数据进行对比,结果表明:合理的刀间距能够提高破岩效率、减少刀具损耗,有效降低刀具成本,为不同地质条件下开展其他盾构工程进行刀间距设计提供了一种可行的方法。

Abstract:The cutter arrangement is an important part of the shield cutter head design, which directly affects the cutting effect, excavation condition and tunneling speed. Aiming at different geological conditions, in order to meet the geological adaptability of shield tunneling and achieve efficient rock fragmentation. Using the rock breaking mechanism test-bed of shield cutter, rock breaking experiments with different cutter spacing are carried out on engineering samples to analyze the quality of damaged rock slag and explore the best cutter spacing under different geological conditions. Compared with the empirical data, the results show that the reasonable cutter spacing can improve the rock breaking efficiency, reduce the cutter loss, and effectively reduce the cutter cost. It provides a feasible method for the cutter spacing design of other shield projects under different geological conditions.
