混杂纤维混凝土抗压强度正交试验研究

摘    要:随着混杂纤维混凝土的广泛应用,探究其抗压强度的影响因素尤为重要。为研究纤维种类、纤维尺寸、纤维掺量等因素对混杂纤维混凝土的抗压强度的影响,设计正交试验,开展混杂纤维混凝土立方体试件抗压试验研究,并对试验结果进行极差分析、方差分析和灰色关联分析。结果表明:混杂纤维的掺入能明显提高混凝土的抗压强度,较素混凝土试件抗压强度最大提高39.2%;各因素对抗压强度的影响程度由强到弱依次为:纤维种类、纤维尺寸、钢纤维掺量、其他纤维掺量。最后,结合各因素对抗压强度的影响规律分析,建立了混杂纤维混凝土抗压强度的GM(1,5)预测模型,模型预测的平均相对误差为7.08%。

Abstract:With the widespread use of hybrid fiber concrete, it is even more important to study the factors influencing its compressive strength. The orthogonal experimental design of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete was carried out in order to explore the influence of fiber size, fiber type and fiber content on the compressive strength of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete. The compressive strength of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete was measured by cube specimen compression test, and the compression test results were analyzed by range analysis, variance analysis and grey correlation analysis. The results show that the admixture of mixed fibers can significantly improve the compressive strength of concrete, with a maximum increase of 39.2% compared to plain concrete; the degree of influence of each factor on the compressive strength is from strong to weak: fiber type, fiber size, steel fiber admixture, other fiber admixture. Finally, beyond the analyzation of the law of influence of each factor on compressive strength, a GM (1,5) model for predicting the compressive strength of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete was established according to the grey system theory, and the average relative error of the model was 7.08%.
