基于Sugeno模糊模型的数控机床故障诊断法

摘    要:在数控机床的故障诊断中,许多对数控机床故障征兆描述的诊断规则都是诊断专家的诊断经验,具有很大的随意性.文中将Sugeno模糊模型用于数控机床故障诊断系统的方式,实现了对各个诊断专家诊断结果的模糊综合,补充了诊断专家诊断知识的不足,消除了诊断专家诊断结论的随意性,保证诊断结论的准确,利用该方法基于诊断专家系统技术可以实现对数控机床的自动诊断,而且诊断结果准确、可靠.

Abstract:During the process of fault diagnosis for computer numerically controlled(CNC) machine, the diagnostic rules describing the fault symptom are all diagnostic expert's experience. They are much random. This paper uses the Sugeno fuzzy model for fault auto diagnosis of CNC machine, and realizes fuzzy synthesis of different diagnostic expert's diagnostic conclusion. Sugeno model can eliminate random properties of expert's diagnostic conclusion and assure the accuracy of diagnostic conclusion. The method can be used to realize auto diagnosis of CNC machine based on diagnostic expert system, and the diagnostic conclusion is accurate and reliable.
