摘    要:为了获得切削过程中材料的变形温度,基于平行边剪切区模型,提出一种考虑体积移动热源计算第一变形区温度分布的方法。以含0.2%C的低碳钢为例,计算了不同切削条件下第一变形区沿厚度方向的温度分布,与采用平面移动热源的单一剪切面平均温度计算方法相比,其结果更接近实际,所占用的计算量,也远少于有限元法。

Abstract:On the basis of the parallel-sided shear zone model, a method is presented for calculating temperature distributions in the primary deformation zone in machining allowing for a volumetric moving heat source. The temperatures distributed along the thickness in the primary deformation zone are calculated under different cutting conditions for the 0. 2%C carbon steel. Results are more realistic than the average temperatures of the single shear plane allowing for a plane moving heat source. The computing times taken by means of the present method are far less than those of the finite element method.
