产后出血96例临床分析

目的：探讨产后出血的病因及有效治疗措施。方法：回顾性分析96例产后出血患者的临床资料。结果：96例产后出血原因：宫缩乏力58例，胎盘因素27例，软产道损伤因素6例，凝血功能障碍5例。96例中61例行保守治疗，34例行宫腔填塞纱条治疗，2例行子宫次全切除术，效果满意。结论：宫缩乏力、胎盘因素是产后出血的主要原因，保守治疗无效者官腔填塞纱条是治疗产后出血、保留子宫的有效措施。必要时应及时采取子宫次全切除术。

Analysis on 96 cases of post-partum hemorrhage

Objective:To study the causes of post-partum hemorrhage and explore the effective managements.Method:The clinical materials of 96 patients with post-partum hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed.Result:The causes of hemorrhage 58 cases were uterine inertia,27 cases were placenta factor,6 cases were laceration of the lower genital tract,and 5 cases were coagulation defects.Out of 96 cases of post-partum hemorrhage,61 patients accepted conservative treatment,34 patients accepted uterine packing,2 patients were undergone subtotal hysterectomy.All patients were controlled.Conclusion: The causes of post-partum are uterine inertia and placenta factor.Hemorrhage uterine packing is a useful method for post-partum hemorrhage.The application of hysterectomy to manage inefficiency of conservative method is necessary in post-partum hemorrhage.
