远动规约的软件实现

远动是变电站综合自动化系统的重要组成部分，用于实现调度中心（如县调自动化系统）对远方变电所四遥（遥测、遥信、遥控与遥调）和信息交换，对电网调度自动化、尤其是配电网自动化的实施具有重要的意义。远动规约是进行远动通讯时，收发双方数据传达的格式。传统的规约实现方法是采用硬件实现（即布线逻辑），成本较高，适应性差，不利于扩展。中介绍了一种上位机软件实现远动规约的方法，取代了常规的RTU装置及相关昂贵的电量变送器，将本地监控与远动相结合，大大降低了成本，提高了系统的灵活性，可扩展性。

Software Implementation of Telemechanics Conventions

Telemechanics is an important part of the substation integrated automation system.It is used to realize data(remote measurement,remote signaling,remote controlling and remote regulating)and information exchange between dispatching center and substation.It is significant for the automation of distribution network.Telemechamics convention is the format for data transmission.Traditionally,the convention is realized by hardware(wiring logic),but this method lacks flexibility,and it is costly.This paper introduces a new method of using software to replace conventional RTU and expensive transmitters.This method combines the local monitoring with telemechanics,which greatly reduces the cost and promotes the flexibility.
