| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法的研究方法,以大同市城区及市辖县区运动员人口统计学变量为研究对象,分析了大同市竞技体育后备人才培养存在的问题以及影响竞技体育后备人才培养现状的因素,针对现有问题提出相应的解决方法,为大同市竞技体育方面科教兴训,合理选用后备人才思路注入新鲜的血液。

| Abstract: | In this paper,documents,questionnaires,and interviews on Datong and surrounding counties biogenic athletes,coaches and cultural standards of the source and in the education are analyzed.The selection of coaches to athletes also were investigated.Analysis of the Talented Sports Datong problems and affect the status of Sports Talent Cultivation factors,proposes to raise the level of reserve personnel and cultural knowledge to solve their way out,to improve the quality of coaches and to increase overall funding to improve the investment channels construction of sports facilities,through science and education and training,personnel selection. |
