| 摘 要： | 对瓜尔胶进行羧甲基化改性,得到一种天然高分子有机絮凝剂.研究改性瓜尔胶处理微污染水的效果,以及反应温度、反应时间、氯乙酸用量、碱用量、酒精用量和搅拌时间等因素对羧甲基瓜尔胶取代度的影响,确定制备的最佳反应条件.结果表明,半干法快速制备羧甲基瓜尔胶工艺合理,方法简单,易于操作,产品的絮凝性能明显优于聚氯化铝、三氯化铁等絮凝剂,在水处理中的应用前景较好.

| Abstract: | A cationic natural organic high polymer flocculant was obtained by means of reaction of carboxyl methyl with guar.The treatment effect of slightly polluted water with modified guar and the influence of such factor as reaction temperature,reaction time,consumption of chloroacetic acid,consumption of sodium hydroxide,ethanol dosage,and stirring time on the DS of carboxyl methyl guar were investigated,and the optimal reaction conditions for the preparation were also determined.The result showed that the rapid semidry processing of carboxyl methyl guar was reasonable,its procedure simple,its operation easy,and the flocculation performance of the product was remarkably superior to that of flocculants PAC and FeCl3,its application prospect for wastewater treatment would be promising. |
