| 摘 要： | 多元化、高素质应用型人才的培养是地方经济社会发展的现实要求。应用型人才培养模式的转变需要政府的有效介入，实践性教学、大学生就业都需要政府的积极推动。政府扮演着规划者、管理者和控制者的角色，可以通过政策引导、教育立法、资金投入和借助社会力量专项“评估认证”等途径来加强宏观调控，实现政府作用。

| Abstract: | Aiding universities to cultivate diversified and qualified talents is of practical requirements for development of local economy and society. Support from local government is needed in fostering applied talents especially in assistance to field work and job-hunting. Government may play roles as a planner, manager and controller. It can strengthen macro-control to fulfill its functions by policy guidance, education legislation, financial input and special Evaluation Certification. |
