| 摘 要： | 基于短消息的移动增值业务正在成为移动运营商业务收入的增长点,相关人员在这个领域已取得了丰硕的成果,但如何充分利用现有的设备及资源一直是各移动运营商、设备提供商、服务提供商积极思考的问题.在研究STK(SIM Application Toolkit)卡空中(OTA:Over The Air)下载技术基本原理以及组网结构和功能体系的基础上,给出了一种适合于现有通讯网络、基于短消息平台的STK业务空中下载技术的通用性解决方案,从而解决了中国联通各厂商平台和OTA卡的不兼容问题.该方案已被中国联通在四川和河南两省作为试点进行试商用,发卡量10余万张,并取得了较好的效果.

| Abstract: | Mobile value-added service based on SMS is becoming the increasing point of the communication company.Lots of productions have been invented in this field.How to use existing equipments and networks adequately is the problem which has been considered by communication company,equipment provider,service provider.Based on the introduction of downloading OTA(Over The Air),technology and network configuration are presented.A project which applies the current network based on SMS STK OTA platform is described.It well solves the compatible problem of China Unicom in the platform and OTA card.The application of this project in Sichuan and Henan province has effected success. |
