含砷渣料的回收工艺及实践

摘    要:在锑冶金过程中会产生大量的含砷渣料,对环境的危害极大,因此,对含砷渣料的处理进行了研究。通过熔池熔炼大量的试验和实践,确定了在电收尘300—340℃的条件下进行砷锑分离,经骤冷后在110—130℃条件下进行砷的回收,可消除冶炼过程中砷的污染。

Abstract:In the process of antimony metallurgy, amount of arsenic slag was produced which caused great harm to the environment. This paper conducted a research on the treatment of arsenic slag. In the process and practice of bath smelting on arsenic slag, antimony and arsenic were separated to two parts in the electric dust collector under the condition of 300-340℃. Then arsenic were recycled at a temperature between 110 - 130℃ by shock chilling. Thus the arsenic pollution in the antimony metallurgy was decreased.
