| 摘 要： | 装配成功率在公差设计中得到了广泛的应用。较全面地介绍了装配成功率的估算方法,并首次将Taguchi试验法、统计法用于计算装配成功率,给出了这些方法的使用特点,同时对其中一些方法在公差优化设计中作了对比实验。

| Abstract: | Assembly yield has extensive applications in tolerance design. Methods of estimating assembly yield have been comparative comprehensively introduced; Taguchi experiment and statistical method are first used in computation of assembly yield; some characteristics are given ,and some comparative experiments of some methods in tolerance optimum design are done. |
