| 摘 要： | 本文在第一次包络的基础上，着重进行了二次包络齿面接触分析，推导出了蜗杆和蜗轮齿面方程。由齿面接触分析表明：齿面呈双线接触，润滑条件好，承载能力大，该传动副在重型机械传动装置中具有实用价值。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the first envelope ,the paper stresses on the tooth contact analysis of the second envelope,and the equations of a worm and a wormwheel flanks are derived .By analyzing the tooth contact,it is clear that the tooth contact with two lines at each time has good lubrication condition and heavy loading capacity.So,the worm and year can be applied in the drive device of the heavy_duty machinery. |
