柴胡细胞固定化培养

摘    要:实验在附加KT0.2mg/L、DPU3mg/L的MS培养基中,进行了三岛柴胡幼茎愈伤组织细胞的悬培养和固定化培养。从悬浮细胞培养物和培养液、固定化细胞培养液中检测到有柴胡皂甙存在,其中悬浮培养物中柴胡皂甙的含量为0.72%。悬浮培养中培养物的生长速率约比固体培养高十倍。

Abstract:Callus was induced from young stems of Bupleurum falcalum.Cell suspension cultureand immobilization culture were carried out in MS liquid media. Saikosaponin were identi-fied from cultures and liquids of suspension culture or immobilization culture. The resultsshowed that saikosaponin content in culture liquid of immobilized cells was higher than thatin suspension culture which was 0.72%.Growth rate of cultures in suspension culture wasabout ten times higher than that in solid culture.
