薄荷固定化细胞培养产生薄荷醇

摘    要:薄荷叶片外植体经诱导形成了颗粒状愈伤组织。愈伤组织转人附加8mg/L2,4-D的MS液体培养基以后,逐步成为小而分散的悬浮状态。将悬浮细胞和小愈伤组织用3%海藻酸酸钠固定,然后培养在附加0.5mg/L2,4-D的MS培养液中。

Abstract:Granular callus was obtained from the leaf explant of peppermint cultured on MSmedium.Single cell and cell aggregates were formed after callus was cultured in MS liquidmedium supplemented with 8mg/L 2,4-D. Cell suspension was filtered and centrifuged,thensediment was mixed with 3 % alginate. Homogeneous mixture of cultures and alginate weredropped into 2?C_(12),small gel balls were formed. Gel balls(immobilized cells) wereCultured in MS liquid medium containing 0.5mg/L 2,4-D. After 20 days,immobilized cells were transferred to a fresh medium of the same composition, remaining part of liqulu wasextracted. The extract was analyfor with TLC and GC. The rcsults of analysis showed thatmenthol was ploduced from immobilized cells of peppermint.
