| 摘 要： | 以茴香幼苗的茎和叶柄为外植体，在不同种类和浓度的植物激素处理下产生了愈伤组织，进一步诱导生成胚性愈伤组织，在分化培养基上，愈伤组织通过形态建成的两种基本方式：器官发生和胚状体发生，得到了茴香的再生植株。

| Abstract: | Callus was obtaind from stems and leaf stalks of Foeniculum vulgare seedlings on me-dia containing various concentrations and combinations of phytohormones. Embryogeneticcallus was further induced and plantlets were formed on differentiation media by two man-ners of morphogenesis,which is organogenesis and somatic embryogenesis. |
