| Abstract: | The dynamic parameter measuring instrument is a microcomputer system which is controlled by a single chip microcomputer. It can measure and access dynamically operating parameters of power systems. In addition, it is adaptable to other systems with corresponding sensors for dynamic parameter measurement. |
