明罗汝敬四次入陕事迹述略

罗汝敬在宣德六年（1431）年至正统三年（1438）年曾四次入陕督理屯田、河渠等事。因在陕为政果敢，遭入诬陷而两次获罪下狱。可以说，罗汝敬的个人命运与西北屯田开发关系密切，仔细梳理罗汝教在陕期间的所作所为，发现其罪状有诸多被冤枉的成分。由于罗汝敬在陕西军屯的恢复和水利设施的管理方面多有楚制，使宣德中期陕西军屯与永乐后期相比有较大恢复。随着罗汝敬商陕，明代西北的军屯从此一厥不振。
