含苯并三唑和噻二唑单元的铜缓蚀剂制备和缓蚀作用

摘    要:通过硫烷基法反应,制备了含有苯并三唑和噻二唑单元的分子内聚集物(SBTA);采用失重法、电化学极化曲线法和电化学阻抗谱法,研究了在3%NaXCl(ω=0.03)和0.5mol/LH2SO4溶液中SBTA对铜的蚀作用,通过FT-IR方法考察了铜表面的腐蚀产物。结果表明,SBTA在3%NaXCl溶液中的缓蚀效果优于0.5mol/LH2SO4溶液中的缓蚀效果。

Abstract:A new copper corrosion inhibitor containing benzotriazole and thiadiazole moiety, namely SBTA, was prepared. The inhibiting efficiency of SBTA was evaluated by weight-loss method and electrochemistry methods. The FT-IR spectra technology was used to detect the corrosion products on copper surface. The results show that SBTA exhibits higher inhibiting efficiency in 3% NaCl solution than in 0.5mol/L H2SO4 solution.
