High-quality education system is an education system that are faced with all the people with the principles of fairness and quality to make full use of everyone’s potential and talent.Although the international community has made positive progress in the construction of high-quality education system,it still faces many challenges,such as the lack of educational inclusiveness,severe inequality in education,barriers in the connection of education,disjunction between talent training and labor market demand.Countries around the world from the perspective of the international community mainly build high-quality education systems through the establishment of cohesive,interconnected,inclusive,lifelong learning oriented education system and education quality assurance system.
