PMAM三元共聚物阻垢剂的性能

摘    要:为了进一步研究循环冷却水对已合成的三元共聚物阻垢剂(PMAM)性能的影响,进行不同条件下碳酸钙静态阻垢实验.探讨药剂用量、工业循环冷却水的温度、恒温时间、pH值、碱度和浓缩倍数等因素对阻垢率的影响.实验结果表明,该阻垢剂的药剂用量仅为8 mg/L,冷却水的pH值为7时阻垢效果最佳,热稳定性和时效性好,浓缩倍数高.

Abstract:In order to study the effect of circulating and cooling water on the performance of tri-copolymer scale inhibitor(PMAM),the static scale-inhibiting experiments with calcium carbonate were conducted in different conditions.The influence of the chemical dosage,temperature of cooling water,constant temperature keeping time,pH,alkalinity and concentration multiple,etc on the scale inhibiting rate was investigated.The results showed that the dosage of PMAM used was only 8 mg/L;the scale-inhibiting rate was the highest when pH of cooling water was 7;it possessed high thermal stability and good ageing ability;its concentration multiple was high.
