| 摘 要： | 国际因特网互联模式是各国ISP完成国际业务服务的重要选择,而发展中国的ISP与上游ISP之间的高转接费却增加了其成本负担。在ITU布鲁塞尔会议提出的ISP战略合作与帮助的基础上,通过模型分析ISP业务流量与所占市场份额的关系,提出较小网络通过战略合作进行区域化发展和自我帮助能加强其竞争实力。

| Abstract: | The model of international Internet interconnection is an important content of some countries' ISPs for completing their service,and the ISPs are brought with heavy cost bearing by expensive transit charges paid to upstream ISP in the international Internet interconnection.In the ITU Brussels conference convened in March,it is recommended that some other approaches could be applied for motivating the strategy collaboration among smaller ISPs.This paper established a model for analyzing the relation between the traffic transited by upstream network and the downsream ISPs' market share and the conclusion is educed,in which the ISPs of developing countries should make collaborating decision and self-help to strengthen their competitive power. |
