| 摘 要： | 尽快建立有效的事业单位改革法律制度,事业单位改革才能积极稳妥地进行,只有对事业单位改革依法进行规制,才能形成布局结构合理、投入机制完善、治理结构规范、微观运行高效、监管制度健全的事业单位管理体制和运行机制,促进事业单位改革健康有序地发展。文章联系潍坊市事业单位改制实际提出依法稳妥推进事业单位分类改革的思路和建议。

| Abstract: | Only having established the effective legal system,the institutional reform can be actively and steadily carried out.After the successful reform,the government institution will have the reasonable structure,perfect input system,efficient operation,and sound supervision mechanism,which will promote its healthy and orderly development.According to the present situation of Weifang institution,the article has put forward some suggestions on this reform. |
