摘    要:基于AMESim软件对取料机小车液压驱动系统建模,对系统AMESim模型进行动态特性仿真,通过系统液压缸压力变化仿真结果进行系统优化设计,并对关键元件相关参数进行设定,优化设计后的系统性能得到明显改善.

Abstract:Based on AMESim,a tool for system modeling and simulation,the modeling of the hydraulic system in the charging wagon of the feeding machine is conducted and so is the dynamic simulation of the system.By optimizing the system on the basis of the simulation results of pressure variations in the hydraulic cylinder and scientifically determining the parameters of crucial components,the performance of the hydraulic system has been improved significantly.
