| 摘 要： | 为了促进可再生能源的发展,各国纷纷通过立法的形式制定了相应的激励制度。我国《可再生能源法》对太阳能风能等可再生能源的发展给予了充分扶持,生物质能资源丰富,在广大的农村地区易于推广,如果国家给予合理的利用和法律保障,对于减缓资源压力,保护生态环境将有显著成效。
