多普勒效应测量气体放电等离子体温度

摘    要:讨论了用多普勒效应测量气体放电等离子体温度的光谱诊断方法。通过直接探测来自等离子体的辐射光 ,进行光谱分析 ,从而获得多普勒效应谱线的轮廓 ,以此来间接地测量等离子体的温度。结果表明 :多普勒效应的光谱诊断方法是测量高温、高密度气体放电等离子体温度的有效方法

Abstract:To measurte temperature of gas discharge plasma with Doppler effect by using spectrum diagnosis. The electromagnetic wave from plasma was directly explored and was analyzed and the outline of spectrum was obtained and then the temperature of plasma was indirect measured. The result shows: the methods of spectrum diagnosis of Doppler effect is a effective methods about measuring temperature for gas discharge plasma of hight temperature and hight density.
