论在治理整顿中调整经济布局和产业结构

地区发展失衡和产业结构失调,已严重地阻碍了我国经济的发展,治理整顿,为解决上述问题提供了契机。基于此,本文提出了调整经济布局和优化产业结构的一些设想,认为适度倾斜和协调发展相结合,是我国地区发展和产业布局所应遵循的原则,指出“四沿”地区及基础产业的优先发展,是协调地区布局和产业结构的关键。

On Readjusting Economic Location and Industrial Structure During Administrating Rectification

The dislocations of the regional development and the industrial structure have seriously been hindering China's economic development. The on-going economic rectification is the turning-point for settling such issues. For this reason, this paper is to put forward some suggestions on readjusting economic location and bettering industrial structure. The author believes that the combination of putting emphasis appropriately on key sectors and the proportional development is the cardinal principle that should be followed in regional development and industrial location. Furthermore, the prior development of the so-called"Four Side Areas" and key industry is the crux of coordinating regional location and industrial structure.
