民族地区实行教师资格制度的思考

摘    要:教师资格的认定应有统一的标准,但是这种统一更应该是一种多样性的统一。由于中国教育发展的区域性和非均衡性,民族地区应该积极探索符合本地区经济文化发展水平、满足本地区教育发展需要的教师资格认定标准。当前,民族地区应该实现教师教育与教师资格认证制度建设紧密结合,教师教育应该按照教师资格标准设置课程,改革培养模式,加强教育实践环节,强化教育教学能力培养,保证教育质量。
